This one is really good, but it’s not an original idea. Take a look at this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vfPjECjGj8c from produced in a brazilian studio almost 2 years ago. http://www.dinamofilmes.com.br
Hugs from Brazil.

Fabiano: even that ad wasn’t original, I don’t have a source to cite (sorry) but I have seen mockups, animations, sketches and such of the ’super-snails’ back in the 90’s.
Good execution though! Great job Spon!

I really is. The job is excellent and much more photorealistic, the brazilian one has a cartoon style (more comic), I think most of what we see today is a reflection of yesterday. Anyway, congratulations for the job.

Most everything that you see these days are stolen or rehashed from somewhere in the past
Nice work and a decent looking reel from Spon.
On a side note, I hear that they are no longer offering free lunches. Say it ain’t so?!

If you go to http://www.makevisual.com and check out our reel, we have a similar shot with a fly and a spider (the fly escaping with a jetpack).
You can also see the full sequence at: http://tysonibele.com/Main/Animations/spider_fly.mov
At least our fly has a reason for using the jet engine
