Moth Collective: HIAS

Moth Collective continues to amaze with their new film for HIAS. With excellent illustration and sound design, this film creates a poignant narrative which brings awareness to the ongoing struggle of refugees around the world.

This is yet another example from the Moths of animation for a good cause and the fact that great work isn’t exclusive to large studios!

Awesome work, beautiful compositions. It’s nice to see “explainer” Videos that feel a bit more like actual visual stories.

  • lovely work

  • Nice! Love how minimal the movements are and give so much of the story.

  • Amazing work!

  • “HIAS – for the refugee” (edit: except of course if you’re a Palestinian refugee seeking safety after being displaced by an illegal settlement supported and funded by HIAS, then you should probably suck it up)

Aside from the hypocrisy of the script this is a beautiful job by Moth Collective *hats off*

Agreed. Beautiful work is much less beautiful if it supports an ignoble cause.
I know we are supposed to be focussed on the work, but this is difficult to ignore.

Croatia shouldn’t be on that list! Do your research.
