Digital Content Producer

NYC based digital creative firm is seeking a Digital Content Producer to manage the production of digital media for use in a national TV campaign.
The Digital Content Producer is responsible for the leadership and management of the production team and the successful delivery of digital content by meeting budgets, timelines and the creative direction.
The primary responsibilities for this individual will be to manage the production team operations for efficiency, quality, and deliverables.
The Digital Content Producer will work with the creative director to manage the production team's daily activities. While the production team focuses on the creative product, it is the role of the Digital Content Producer to ensure that the production team has what it needs from a resource allocation, equipment, technical and budgetary standpoint.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, and audit the overall design and production process
• Ensure that the direction of the creative director is followed by the production team
• Manage overall work flow and the effective capacity/output of the team in response to project schedule and direction from the creative director
• Monitor and ensure that the team is resourced appropriately to keep pace with the work flow to meet deliverable dates
• Produce and maintain master production schedules and budgets in partnership with the creative director and agency. Provide frequent and regular program updates in pursuit of reaching key milestones
• Build and maintain a relationship with the agency and vendors
• Own and operate the daily production meeting for the team
• Troubleshoot creative and production issues for the production team
• Contribute to the selection of artists, designers, and other vendors required to meet the production schedule and creative initiatives
The candidate will possess:
• Experience managing creative departments
• Experience in the production of digital content created in After Effects and 3D Studio Max for use in broadcast television
• Excellent people management and communication skills to lead and manage production process
• Experience managing relationships with outside agencies, freelancers, and other vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong strategic sense - ability to focus on big picture while opening up creative avenues
• Commitment to excellence in every aspect of their work
