Digital Kitchen Los Angeles is looking for a Producer/Director.
We need a creative-minded, problem solver with a strong sense of story who can direct in the field and think fast on their feet. The right person must understand how to put together a project from conception through completion.
Responsibilities:
• Individual will create short form episodic content and write scripts.
• Will oversee day-to-day production operations and be involved through post production phase of continuous, on-going projects.
• Position also requires frequent travel for short periods of time related to on-location shoots across the country.
Minimum Qualifications:
• At least 3 years experience creating episodic content, scripts and related production and directorial experience.
• Broadcast experience in entertainment or sports-related programming is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and team management skills.
• Strong client management skills and the ability to interface with clients effectively and professionally.
• Superior negotiation skills with both clients and partners.
• Deep understanding of project management, workflow and infrastructure
• Requires strong presentation, verbal and written skills.
• Must think quickly and work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Be skilled at motivating and engaging your team to produce the best possible results.
