Compositor / Vfx Artist
at NA in London
The job requires both compositing (rotoscoping, removal, etc) and 3d effects work on six shots. While the compositing is self-explanatory, the 3d effects work will require talking to the director before integrating it into five of the six shots.
To give you an idea of what is in the director's head for the vfx work, you can take a look at the links below (for the second link, you will have to refer to the still images in the mandy post link):

None of these are exact representations of what the director has in mind, but each shot has something or the other that can become a part of the final result. Regardless, working closely with the director will be the only way of figuring out the final vision and idea.
This would need to get started around 5-9 November or perhaps even earlier and will need to be completed by the third or fourth week of November. Details to be discussed later.
Since this is a spec commercial (the funds coming out of the director), we can afford to pay £1,000 for the compositing work and then £1,000 for the vfx work. I have split it up this way just in case your expertise is only in one area (and not the other) and thus might have to find two people to complete the work.
Anyhow, for those who are interested, please forward your CV and online showreel (the showreel being of paramount importance). I (the producer: Benjamin Wilkins) will look over the material and then forward applicable people to the director. At this time, more details will be given about the project.
