Start-Up Sports Television Network seeking freelance Motion Graphics Designer for a 6-12 month project. Office location is currently near the Glendale area, but will soon relocate to Westlake Village:

Anticipated project start date 11/23/09, possibly sooner.

• Minimum 3 years experience in broadcast design.
• Excellent typography and design skills.
• Able to communicate & actualize conceptual thoughts and ideas.
• Able to handle several projects simultaneously.
• Able to produce work from storyboard through post-production.
• Meet tight deadlines.
• Understand and incorporate branding into all aspects of animation & design.
• Create graphics, illustrations, animations and other elements as requested.
• Able to think/work in a logical manner and keep track of multiple assets at once.
• Is able to work as both a designer and production artist.
• Basic knowledge of broadcast standards and codecs.

Software Proficiency:

• After Effects CS3
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Final Cut Pro
• DVD Studio Pro
• Mac OS X
• Cinema 4D
