Producer / Production Manager [6 months from Jan 2010]

Mainframe is looking for a producer or production manager to cover a period of maternal leave.
Ideally you'll have at least 2-3 years experience working in a post/animation/vfx studio and be comfortable looking after multiple projects concurrently. A solid knowledge of animation/vfx workflow from animatics to compositing will be essential for the position. You'll also have to have the right personality to manage demanding clients and ambitious creatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Budgeting new animation/vfx projects and helping out on bids
- Budgeting and producing live action shoots [infrequently]
- Scheduling teams of in-house and freelance artists
- Client liaison and project management.
Salary will be based on experience.
