Motion Designer

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
To help generate/execute/produce great ideas and design executions and to be capable of working very dynamically with multidisciplinary teams.
Conceptualize and develop innovative animated graphics for new original content, promos, and sales support video solutions based on creative briefs and clients’ business strategy.
Present creative concepts both internally and externally
Create detailed storyboards and animation
Collaborate and coordinate with other team members – design, production and program management – to fulfill client needs under the direction of an Associate Creative Director.
Develop, enhance, and implement brand presence in all consumer and business-to-business communications
Establish and maintain processes and schedules to ensure the secure development and timely delivery of quality assets
Minimum Requirements, Skills, and Attributes:
At least 3-4 years agency (or in-house agency) experience as a motion designer
Video and motion graphics design experience and a design-related degree, graphic design or computer animation preferred.
In-depth knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro, Maya (or Lightwave) PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash MX, and sound editing programs; Exposure to Cinema 4D and 3D Animation is preferred
3D modeling and Interface Design experience
Exceptional creative talent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong presentation skills, internally and externally and ability to clearly articulate and present to clients
Ability to collaborate closely with others in a team environment under tight deadlines
Pro-active, dedicated and flexible in time-allocations and approach
Great sense of humor
