Position: Sr. Motion Graphic Designer – MTV
Reference Number: LP-027
Location: CTV- 299 Queen St.
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required.
Responsibilities:
• Design & execute animated graphics ranging from show packaging to on-air promos & special campaigns for MTV.
• Work closely with the design team as well as production and promotion teams.
• Perform any associated duties that may be assigned in relation to the completion of the position’s responsibilities
Qualifications:
• Artistic aptitude, exceptional sense of design
• Minimum of 3 years of motion design and compositing experience
• 2 years Art College or equivalent
• Clear interest in and passion about youth culture and music.
• Experience with delivering quality results under high pressure deadlines.
• Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task and work well with others and as part of a team
• Expert knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop.
• 3D software knowledge an asset.
