Part Time Animation Instructors
at John R. McCullough in San Francisco
The Art Institute of California – San Francisco is looking for part time instructors for its’ Media Art & Animation program.
Qualified candidates will have a MFA degree in a related field. An undergraduate degree in a related field with industry certification will also be considered. A strong portfolio and industry knowledge and experience is important. College-level teaching experience is desirable but not required. Independent Animators will also be considered.
We are looking for applicants with the following specialties.
• Digital 2D
• 2D Animation
• Independent Animated Shorts
• Animation Direction
• Animation Technical Direction
• 3D Character Animation
• 3D Rigging & Camera Techniques
• Special Effects
• Motion Graphics
For 3D expertise in Maya is required. For Digital 2D expertise in Toom Boom is required. For Motion Graphics expertise in After Effects is required and Cinema 4D is desirable.
