Production Manager, CTV Creative Agency – Design Department (CTV)

Position: Production Manager, CTV Creative Agency – Design Department
Reference Number: LP-029
Location: CTV – Scarborough
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the management of all production related aspects for the CTV Creative Agency design department
• Ensure effective project coordination and communication within the design department and key business units
• Work closely with design management and various production units in daily assignments and long-term projects
• Manage departmental and production budgets
• Work closely with engineering and design management to ensure operational standards are met.
• Apply managerial and production expertise to achieve and solve business challenges, and to improve department workflow and procedures.
• Employ strong organizational skills that include the ability to work in a project team environment
• Oversee resourcing, scheduling, issues management and status reporting on a portfolio of multiple projects
• Coordination of all production requirements: business arrangements, contracts, suppliers, travel, all purchasing related to the production budget.
• Manage department software requirements
•Other duties as required
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing production for a broadcaster, advertising agency or production house.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Experience in managing budgets
• Demonstrated knowledge of problem management
• Ability to multi task in a potentially high stress environment
• Ability to prioritize and take initiative
• Excellent computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Experience in the broadcast industry is Preferable
