Digital Kitchen New York is looking for a multi-disciplinary creative writing star. We need someone who is capable of coming up with big ideas and experiences and can execute them across all channels. You create intelligent, smart solutions, showing sensitivity to branding issues and understanding the audience at hand. Candidates must show a portfolio of work and achievement that encompasses strong concept development, and the ability to translate the idea into design-centric creative executions. You must be able to demonstrate how your specific work translates into successful case studies that connect the brand to the target audience in a meaningful way. The right candidate will have the following:
* Ability to turn client needs into strategically sound brilliant creative concepts. * Cutting-edge ideas that solve client needs and build their brands. * Excellent writing skills and a strong attention to detail. * Talent for developing conceptual ideas and turning those ideas into compelling strategic solutions. * Gift for developing and leading client relationships and ability to promote collaboration with clients on new work and lead them in the strategic process. * Capability to juggle multiple projects and think across different brands that vary in tone and audience. * Strong presentation skills, ability to command a room, and a sense of humor. * 10 years working in an agency environment and at least 5 years managing / leading creative teams. * Ability to work with people in all areas of the business, from producers to creative directors to the administrative support.
