Freelance 2D/3D animator
at AKQA in New York City
This is a 45 second video that will be a combination of both 2D and 3D animation. A lot of the 3D work has been completed (gray scale sequences), but would require lighting/rendering/compositing. We will need a compositor who can work in After Effects and someone who is experienced with 2D animation. The job will require someone to work long hours and weekends over the next 2 weeks (with a finish date of 10/23).
We need an expert After Effects animator, someone comfortable with animating a camera and with a good sense of timing and pacing and a great design aesthetic. Don’t need to know 3D although familiarity with Cinema 4D helps. Any relevant work samples you can show that demonstrate your animation skills, preferably with a product demo/commercial spot would be great.
Animation: 3D & 2D
Approx Length: 45 seconds
Deliverable info:
• 1003x472 (web output)
• 29.97 FPS
• HD output preferred (1280x720)
Timing: Due 10/23
Preferably to work on-site during work hours/days.
