WTF are NFTs? | A call for articles

Calling all Motionographers,

Since its launch, we’ve had some amazing entries to our ‘OOY’ initiative. Our Community, Our Platform, Your Voice was created so people could share moments of inspiration, review their favorite work, offer tips and tricks to up-and-coming artists, be featured in Q&As, or just let off some steam.

We get it, though. There’s a hell of a lot to choose from, right? Well, we’ve got just the thing…

This is an open call for articles that will be published in March and April of 2022. We’re looking for contributors just like you to give us your take on NFTs and the Metaverse.

Have you paid 8 hundred thousand bucks for a digital cat? Maybe you’ve minted hundreds of NFTs, and you can drop some knowledge on the best route to market. Perhaps you can share a recent VR/AR project, or you’re moving your family to a cabin in the metaverse. Whatever your involvement, we want to hear from you!

All you have to do is submit to OOY using this link, and we’ll be in touch.

About the author

Editor-In-Chief at Motionographer. Whether he calls himself an energetic wordsmith or a lyrical mechanic (it depends who he’s talking to), Stuart has an undeniable love of words. He watches every movie with subtitles, googles the lyrics to all his favourite songs, and talks like he can’t believe they gave him a mic. His ability to grab people’s attention, fusing a dark sense of humour with an unconscious optimism, offers a fresh perspective to the editorial voice. As well as writing for Motionographer and The Motion Awards, he has a regular mental health blog, spent over a decade running live events and music nights in London, and is an avid martial arts practitioner. His first non-fiction book will be released at the end of 2022. You can find our more here: www.stuartgroveswriter.com https://www.instagram.com/stuartgroveswriter/
