I really love the dark and eery atmosphere in the first 30 seconds of “Defending The Nature,” a new spot from Serbian studio Fried Pictures.
The end doesn’t really do it for me, but maybe that’s because I have no idea what the voiceover is saying. And does anyone else find the sound design to be a little over the top? Or is that just me?
Oh whatever, it’s beautifully done and full of compositions worth drooling over. The mechano-organic characters are also cleverly realized and help create a sense of narrative that really buoys the piece.
