We developed a fully animated visual system for FETCH Rewards, from concept to final delivery we blending storytelling, graphic design and character creation.

The result? A cast of expressive, charismatic ‘Pointlings’ that are unique and true to the brand’s identity. These characters, with their playful personalities, bring the app to life and resonate with users on an emotional level.

Collaborating closely with the client over two consecutive years, we ensured that every stage aligned with evolving communication goals.

This partnership allowed us to craft a product that not only met the needs of each new feature but also maintained a high standard of quality while keeping the experience engaging and fun.
