Montreal International (MI), the economic promotion agency for Greater Montreal, mandated Gimmick Studio to put forward the strong AI expertise of the region.
The client wanted a mixed media approach to show how innovative and attractive the region is for international companies, students, and workers. The studio used a vast array of motion design techniques (2D animation/illustrations/3D animation/Footage/VFX/Type animation) for this video. Ultimately, the client and the studio were very proud of the fast-paced, funny, and weird motion piece they created together.
