Mograph.net hacked

I really don’t understand why people do these things, but apparently mograph.net has been hacked. I’m still trying to find more details. If you know what happened, please share in the comments.

A similar thing actually happened to me once. I was the admin of the message board for Midlake, and the site was taken hostage until I upgraded the board. Kind of an aggressive way to encourage keeping current with your software, don’t you think?

    Mine as well. Looks like they’re really getting the hang of this concept. These are a lot more fluid… Will be interesting to see the Pharrell one in a few days.

    They better not be based in Holland. Hacking mograph is like setting your neighbours’ house on fire while they’re having a party. There is absolutely no reason to hack the site.

    I don’t understand it either. it MUST be school holiday time. I know of at least 3 fairly high-profile sites that have been targeted.

    It’s a scary thought that these are people who will most likely one day turn 18 … and then be programming the majority of internet and getting paid for it. Can’t we go back to film and television?

    I remember from college pranks places where you could order people a ton of free stuff. Maybe Mr. Handell has been having issues with relieving himself and needs a new cathoder or two.

    yeah the first day I try to log onto that site in a year and it took me 20 minutes to figure out it was hacked. First it said “we’re back online”, and then I hit refresh and it had that whole bit about being owned. *confusion*

    well it’s also a good thing he contacted all those credit repair organizations. he should be in good hands with them. not to mention that hell be getting several degrees from accredited online universities. and with all the new book clubs he’s just enrolled in I’m shure he’ll have enough to keep him busy.

    Okay guys, I had the ultimate suggestion. Put a whole bunch of really nice free stuff on craigslist and put his address for where people need to pick stuff up and his telephone number for contact! He would have an army of bargain hunters that would never leave him alone!!
