Enjoy a fascinating discussion about filmmaking and art in A Talk with Alfred Hitchcock (thanks Jimmy!). Brought to us by Luma, check out The Making of Standard Bank Global, from concept to execution. November 18, 2009
Also, dont miss out on his great list of stuff to live by. Shel Silverstein would be proud. London based director Scott Altman hits the ground running with a frenetic reel, and a slim but slick portfolio. As an extension of Asylum Visual Effects, Asylum Design is making its mark with three reels showcasing their work in main titles, screen design, and commercial productions. November 17, 2009

Ross Neil and Matt Clark direct an alternate “Strawberry Swing” music video. (See Shynola’s official video.) Thanks, Hector! November 14, 2009 Nikon Film Festival open for entries — closing 12/15. November 13, 2009 Toronto based Alchemy drops this wicked spot for MEDT (Ontario Ministry of Economic Development)

I’ll preemptively summarize the comments were likely to see in this thread.
Pfft. I’ve seen this done by this and that post house.
They’re taking credit for other peoples work.
Theyre ripping off this spot I’ve seen.
These guys just suck the suck.
Your constructive criticism sux cause you don’t even have a reel.
Your constructive criticism sux cause your name is stupid.
Justin is stupid.
Justin is using these peoples work to benefit himself.
Justin is using these peoples work to benefit his friends.
Justin’s friends are students and therefore they suck.
This milkshake is good.
Am I missing any?
Come on and lets stay civilized shall we?

In terms of whats posted, I love the clean style seen throughout the different pieces.
A good break from the heavily composited stuff out there.
Love the Transgenisis boards too.

gotta love the dramatic football piece. dudes roaring and growling as they pry eachother off the ladder. and the making of is painfully priceless.

Lambo doesn’t suck. They have given us radness and we should be grateful. I love My Happy People’s site… it just gets to the point and doesn’t waste my time.

Let every posting be its own world, and let these guys have the credit they deserve. The piece is great and it shows an amazing collaboration. Don’t start or continue other wars on other artists/designer’s posts. It’s not fair. Keep the hate to yourselves.
