Take My Heart… And My Lungs
For Valentine’s Day, Psyop took O. Henry’s classic “The Gift of the Magi,” and put it in the blender. The result is a deliciously demented Valentine from Psyop to you. (By “you,” I mean the faceless thousands that read this blog.)
Enjoy Motionographer’s exclusive big version of this twisted project. Nothing puts a sardonic grin on St. Valentine’s face like a cutesy-wutesy bloodbath.
You can also check it out on Psyop’s site.

Great stuff. And i think this is particularly apt, as presumably most motionographer readers would give their right arms to work at Psyop…
hahahahaha… This is insanely cute and bloody all at once.. I love it.. Its all carnage and gore yet Psyop managed to retain the sweetness of it. Kudos to Psyop once again…
Good stuff! Glad to see Psyop adding to its Propaganda again!
Bonnie “Prince” Billy & Matt Sweeney “I Gave You” song, maybe is one of the best tune for this.
Lovin it!
great job guys. the shaved back reminds me of ren and stimpy stuff. the lungs look awesome. i did have to watch it twice to get what they were trading, it went by too fast. maybe it shouldve went on longer? but i think the visuals were dope, and the slasher remake was fun!
