Stash Invites the Community to Take the State of Motion Survey 2026

What has working in Motion Design felt like this year? Stash is inviting artists, studios and production teams to share their experiences through the State of Motion Survey 2026, presented by Stash in association with Motionographer.

The survey looks at the challenges and rewards of working in Motion Design and animation, including how AI, budgets and client expectations are changing the field. It is a chance to put the people making the work at the center of that conversation.

Stash says the survey takes less than five minutes to complete. Responses are open through October 30, 2026, with findings planned for the Stash Annual 2026 and subsequently on stashmedia.tv.

Whether this year has brought new possibilities, difficult trade-offs or a little of both, your experience can help build a clearer picture of where the community stands.
