THE LINE & 4Creative Unveil Renaissance-Inspired Campaign for Tempting Fortune: Season 2

BAFTA-nominated studio THE LINE and 4Creative reunite for a lavish animated campaign for ‘Tempting Fortune: Season 2, hosted by Paddy McGuinness. The promo reimagines the survival series’ jungle trials as a Baroque-era allegory, with contestants battling temptations like gourmet feasts and tech luxuries rendered as surreal Renaissance indulgence.

Directed by Kwok Fung Lam and illustrated by Ignasi Monreal, the campaign merges hand-painted textures with cut-out animation. Winged cherubs clutch burgers, champagne cascades, and smartphones tempt like forbidden fruit, all set to a soundtrack blending liturgical choirs with modern beats. ‘It’s The Garden of Earthly Delights meets reality TV, says Lam.

The project follows THE LINE’s award-winning Channel 4 Ident 2023 and Great British Bake Off promos. Rolling out across TV, social, and outdoor platforms, it underscores temptation as a timeless human struggle.
