“In a world of watchers, even shapes fight to be seen.”
‘The Intruder’ is a short narrative animation about a small triangle taking back their stolen colour by a group of watching eyes. It was made as part of a Design Jam at Ignition Creative with the singular briefing phrase of ‘Duotone’.
In a world where geometry breathes and shadows whisper, ‘The Intruder’ follows a small triangle’s defiant journey against voyeuristic eyes that steal its color. Set in a surreal, ever-shifting labyrinth, the film’s geometric animation pulses with rhythm—sharp angles clash with fluid contradictions, light bends reality, and shadows become both prison and escape.
A visual allegory of identity and resistance, the triangle’s battle crescendos in a prismatic triumph, reclaiming its stolen hue. Through mesmerizing motion and symbolic storytelling,‘The Intruder’ challenges the power of surveillance and the right to be seen.
