This research work is a reworking of a video that was show a SIGNIF reel at Motion Design Plus Tokyo 2024. By incorporating the unique silhouettes of ceramic and sculptures as motifs for Motion Design, we aimed to achieve both a graphical image and a tactile clean coldness and craft-like warmth.
The overall composition of the work, in which multiple patterns intertwine, is analogous to the production process of ceramics in Motion Design, from the chaotic state before the form is determined to the transformation of the material through firing after the form is determined.
