weareseventeen | Viasat Kino Channel Identity – Reframing the Beauty of Cinema

After nearly two decades of creative partnership, Viasat entrusted London-based agency weareseventeen with the ambitious task of reimagining and rebranding its entire suite of film channels. At the core of the new cinematic idents lies Framed Focus—a visual metaphor that reflects the channels’ mission to help audiences effortlessly discover meaningful, high-quality entertainment. The concept draws on the poetry of spontaneous composition, where people, landscapes, architecture, and interiors momentarily align to create visual windows of connection, clarity, and emotion.weareseventeen’s treatment is subtle yet striking: a contemplative visual language that captures the magic of unexpected focus. The result is a cohesive brand system that feels both editorial and cinematic—inviting viewers to experience film through a lens of serendipity and sophistication.
