Each of the four episodes tells a completely different story from weed culture, so the brief was tricky: one vibe-y sequence that could sit comfortably in front of wildly different tones.
2D animated collages seemed like a perfect style for this brief, letting us lean into trippy, layered compositions and pepper in easter eggs that tied to each episode. Watch 4×20: Quick Hits on Hulu now.
