Coat of Arms collaborates with Calm on a short piece for Calm Health, the platform built to bring mental health support into the workplace. Like many, we operate a household and studio full of anxiety-management techniques. Breathing exercises before school. Long walks after hard days. Quiet check-ins. The constant, gentle work of learning how to be okay. So getting to collaborate with Calm on a short piece about their new platform for employers felt personal, because mental health isn’t a perk. It’s infrastructure. When more than 80% of businesses say mental health impacts performance, what they’re really saying is that people are carrying a lot. And work doesn’t exist outside of that.
We delivered two videos on time and within budget, each built to communicate Calm Health’s offerings to employers across Calm’s various departments and sales leads. Success was rooted in a structured production framework designed to accommodate human creativity. By establishing a foundation of detailed planning and thorough execution, we created the stability needed to embrace ingenuity, adapt gracefully to an evolving creative process, and let the artistic team’s talents flourish while meeting the client’s vision. It was a reminder that an organized framework which bends to creative thinking is essential, and a lot of fun. We were honored to help Calm share its story about building systems that truly support humans, not just productivity.
